Executive Development Suite
Our Executive Suite offers development and support options for those holding Executive, Board and National Director positions across NHS Wales, as well as those aspiring to such roles.
HEIW are continuing to build the national offer and where the offer is for a specific group of leaders e.g. those in our Executive Talent Pool or Aspirant CEO’s, this will be clearly indicated.
To guide expectations for those in executive roles please see the ‘Executive Success Profile’ below. The set of competencies this provides will allow you to review your current effectiveness in role and provide a focus for continued development. For those aspiring to a board position the Profile can assist in assessing readiness and provide insights as to your potential to operate in an executive role. It will also describe the experiences and learning required to support your transition.
