Gwella on Air
The Gwella On Air Podcasts explore compassionate leadership in action through a series of one-on-on discussions with a range of leaders. These informal sessions will look at how compassionate behaviours have been embedded across the system and what compassionate leadership looks like in action.
The podcasts all link back to the Compassionate Leadership Principles which signpost the way to leading and working compassionately together across health and social care in Wales.
