The Mental Health Team Manager Development Programme is a 9-month leadership and management development opportunity for current and aspiring mental health team managers across health, social care, and third sector mental health services in Wales. On completion, participants will receive a recognised accredited academic qualification, skills, and knowledge to equip them in their role as current or future Mental Health Team Manager. The programme will include a focus on leadership priorities within NHS Wales, such as compassionate and collective leadership, psychological safety, patient safety and digital improvement/data driven services.

The Welsh Clinical Leadership Fellowship (WCLF) programme is a one-year opportunity for doctors, dentists, pharmacists, optometrists, AHPs, and Healthcare Scientists. The 3D Programme is a free educational programme open to GPs, hospital-based doctors, public health doctors, dentists, pharmacists and optometrists. The 3D Programme is designed to address the educational requirements of healthcare workers who wish to extend their abilities in engaging with, and influencing, the service improvement agenda in NHS Wales.
