The Vision
In line with the 10-year Workforce Strategy for Health and Social Care and the Strategic Mental Health Workforce Plan, our vision is that leaders within mental health services will be able to demonstrate compassionate and collective leadership to enable the development of compassionate cultures that will improve the quality of patient care and workforce wellbeing in Wales.
