Be Inspired
NHS Wales have an extensive and successful legacy of running successful graduate programmes, developing and nurturing talent to help people realise their potential to become leaders.
Dr Andrew Goodall CBE, Permanent Secretary, began his career on the NHS Wales graduate programme, which is why he feels so passionately about it. Despite the current challenges on the service due to Covid-19 this programme has remained a prioritised component of the NHS Wales strategy.
