About the Job: We are looking for a highly motivated "Customer Focused Individual" to come and work in our People and Organisational Development Team. You will support our People Services team across NWSSP, working on a variety of projects and initiatives. You will join a small and well established team and must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. If this sounds of interest, come and have a chat with us about the role. We operate an agile approach to working, this will include home / remote working with occasional travel to the main corporate office and other sites. You will need to be able to commit to some travel throughout Wales and to making best use of our excellent technological solutions in order to develop and support the service.

Leadership and Succession Programme Manager x2

Band: 8a

Location: Ty Dysgu, Nantgarw
About the Job: The successful applicants will provide the programme management necessary to deliver on national programmes of work. The Leadership & Succession Programme Managers will play a core role in the successful delivery of national leadership and succession programmes, leading and supporting the strategic deliverables outlined within the Culture, Leadership & Succession Portfolio. This will include but is not limited to; specific deliverables within the Succession Planning & Talent Management portfolio of work, including the development of a suite of evidence based and agreed national management competences that NHS Wales managers can work towards and supporting the Assistant Director of Culture, Leadership and Succession to embed compassionate leadership into systems and processes. Successful applicants will be supported by the HEIW Culture, Leadership and Succession Team.
