About the Job: The Senior People and OD Advisor provides comprehensive, expert People and OD advice, including guidance and support to managers and staff on the full range of People and OD policies, practices, procedures and supporting resources that enable managers to manage and develop staff more effectively and improve performance. The post-holder will manage a caseload of complex investigations and higher risk employee relations issues to conclusion, covering a broad range of workforce matters supporting managers accordingly; through establishing rapport, partnerships until a position of resolution has been reached.
People and OD Advisor Service Manager
Tenure: Fixed term: 8 months (To cover a secondment)

About the Job: The People and OD Advisor Service Manager works closely with managers and colleagues across People and OD Directorate to ensure a customer focussed People and OD advisory service; to develop and implement new ways of working and leads the continuous improvement and development of the People and OD advisory service. The post-holder will also participate in project groups to deliver change and improvement, ensuring best practice, and championing partnership working with Trade Unions and Professional Organisations.
Leadership and Organisational Development Manager

About the Job: We are seeking a creative and inspiring Leadership & Organisation Development Manager to lead the design, commissioning and deployment of OD and leadership and talent development approaches throughout the organisation, and work closely with People & OD Partners and Directorate leadership teams, to deliver innovative solutions that support behaviour change and improve capability and capacity. You will also be part of the ODE Senior Management Team and wider People and OD directorate subject matter expert and leadership groups.
Programme Manager
Tenure: Fixed term/Secondment: 18 months (18 months from start date)

About the Job: Reporting to the Assistant Director of Strategic Workforce Planning and working collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Digital, Data and Analytics this new role will lead the development and delivery of these programme of work to deliver our vision for a workforce observatory function. You will work with teams across HEIW to identify and align related projects and programmes of work, establishing robust programme management arrangements and engage with a range of key external stakeholders to ensure alignment of our work with work programmes in other organisations.
