The Executive Success Profile provides a holistic and inclusive framework which describes the breadth of qualities, experience and motivations needed from executive directors in Wales for now and in the future.

We have used the behavioural components of the Success Profile in a self-reflective tool we invite you to complete. This will allow you to reflect on some key behaviours associated with success in executive roles and the extent to which you display these characteristics.

We suggest you complete the Self Reflective Tool prior to applying for the Aspiring Executive Talent Pool. This tool is only to support your personal reflection and aid self-awareness and will not be used as part of the application process.
