These templates help supervisees record supervision sessions:
Support resources
Networks might help you find peer or profession specific supervisors in other organisations:
- Supervision Exchange
on Y Ty Dysgu.
Supervisors need to be trained well so they can support others properly.
- Some training courses are short like Core Supervision from e-Learning for Healthcare

- Others train you to work with a group, like Resilience Based Clinical Supervision (FoNS)

- Some are longer and more detailed, like the Diploma in Clinical Supervision from ABUHB

- Some kinds of supervision need a certain amount of training, for example, Restorative Clinical Supervision (RCS) in Wales needs a structured 3-day training course.
- Each course helps people learn how to be better supervisors in different ways.
"How you approach your supervision will be up to you and your supervisor to determine. Nevertheless, it’s important that your supervision remains focused and meets your individual learning and development needs."
