The Aspiring Executive Talent Pools provide a unique opportunity for aspiring executive and system leaders to identify themselves as potential future Executives, Board Directors and Chief Executive Officers.

The Aspiring Chief Executive (ACE) Programme is a 12-month development opportunity that prepares colleagues already working at board level to become Chief Executive Officers.

The focus of the programme is to develop system-focused, compassionate, and inclusive Chief Executives and encourages participants to:

  • Benefit from increased understanding of personal motivations, strengths and impact.
  • Develop increased confidence and courage to act, take informed risks and be an authentic leader.
  • Understand how to build strong and sustaining, effective relationships

The Aspiring Executive Talent Pool is a two-year learning experience that offers a framework of development opportunities; and attendance at an Aspiring Executive Development Centre, resulting in an informed and tailored Development Report.

The talent pool aims to empower aspiring executive and system leaders to make the right choices and enhance success in achieving progression to an Executive/Board level position.
