The Intensive Learning Academies (ILAs) are based across prestigious Welsh universities and are helping to transform the delivery of health and social care across the globe.
They are helping to create the next generation of innovative, global leaders in health and social care. These world-leading academies are not only delivering academic and executive education courses, but they are also offering research and bespoke consultancy services to support individual organisations in the adoption and delivery of meaningful innovation across health and social care.

All-Wales Intensive Learning Academy for Innovation in Health and Social Care
The 'All-Wales Intensive Learning Academy for Innovation in Health and Social Care'is a partnership of Swansea University, Cardiff & Vale University Health Board, Cardiff University and the Bevan Commission. It focuses on innovation and transformation within healthcare.
Value-Based Health and Care Academy
The ‘Value-Based Health and Care Academy’ at Swansea University offers educational courses, research opportunities and consultancy services for Value-Based Health and Care and is the academic partner to the Value-in-Health programme in Wales and part of the World Economic Forum’s Global Innovator Hub for VBHC.
Alongside each academy’s research and consultancy offer, there are several academic courses from Master’s to doctorate level.
