Corporate Induction
To provide an engaging and informative induction programme that ensures every new employee feels welcomed and valued at CAVUHB.
Starter Surveys
Gather feedback from employees regarding their experience within the first 6 months and identify areas for improvement.
Leaver Surveys
To understand the reasons behind employee departures and gather insights, review and analyse data to identify themes that can guide improvement.
Stay Surveys
To assess employee satisfaction and engagement levels to better understand retention dynamics.
Retention Resources aligned with the OD, Wellbeing and Culture Framework
Develop and provide resources that support employee retention in alignment with CAVUHB OD Culture and Wellbeing Framework.
NHS Wales Staff Survey
Using data from the 2023 and 2024 surveys, identify areas of good practice and areas requiring attention regarding employee retention. 
Retention Reflections (Long Service Award)
Engagement with employees who have or are due to receive their long service award to gather their reflections on their career journey, motivations for staying, and suggestions for improvement
