Programme Structure

There are 6 half-day modules which run from September to May. This programme is delivered in a blended format with three modules (1, 2 & 6) taking place in person and three taking place virtually (3, 4 & 5) via Gwella, HEIW Leadership Portal. You will be expected to arrange study leave to attend the modules.

Each virtual session typically runs from 9.00am to 12.30pm and is composed of an interactive presentation by an experienced speaker, followed by a small group ‘project clinic’. Presentations and any other resources used by the programme directors/session speakers will be made available to you.
