The Learning to Lead and Manage Programme provides colleagues with an understanding of some of the key attributes & skills needed to lead and manage.

Eligibility
Open to all staff who have their Line Managers permission to complete the programme.
Learners must be able to attend each date.

Applications
Applications are currently open, and places will be filled on a first serve basis. (Maximum 16 participants per cohort).

Programme Structure
About the Programme
- 1-month programme
- Face-to-face classroom sessions
- In locations across BCUHB (East, Central or West)
- 4 ½ days (9am – 1pm) face-to-face training sessions
- Completion of Reflections and Personal Development Plan
Requirement
Learners are asked to commit to all the training dates within their cohort. If available, learners are also requested to bring their laptop for each session and sign up to the Gwella Leadership Portal.
