The Fundamentals of Leadership and Management Programme provides supervisors, managers and leaders with the foundational knowledge and core skills required to effectively manage services and staff at BCUHB.
Information

Eligibility
Learners must manage staff and have their Line Managers permission to complete the course.
Learners who opt in for the Classroom Training must be able to attend each date.

Applications are currently open and places will be filled on a first-serve basis (Maximum 16 participants per cohort).

Programme Structure
Fundamentals Classroom Training
About the Programme
- 3-month programme
- Face-to-face classroom sessions
- In locations across BCUHB (East, Central or West)
- 3 days (9am – 5pm) face to face training sessions, and 1 day (9am – 1pm) reflection session
- Completion of Reflections and Personal Development Plan
Requirement
Learners are asked to commit to all the training dates within their cohort. If available, learners are also requested to bring their laptop for each session and sign up to the Gwella Leadership Portal.
