We are pleased to offer internal developmental opportunities for those new to leadership and management or new managers into Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
Mynydd Mawr pathway provides supervisors, managers and leaders with the foundational knowledge and core skills required to effectively manage services and staff at Betsi.
There are two routes in which staff can access the programme training:
- Online self-directed learning
- Classroom sessions delivered face-to-face with some elements of self-directed learning
