We have developed a two-year work-based programme that includes a fully funded Master's programme for aspiring leaders of NHS Wales. Graduates will gain academic knowledge as well as a hands-on learning experience, based in placements across Wales in primary care, secondary care and corporate divisions. Trainees will undertake a fully funded Masters programme alongside work-based learning.

About the programme
This is a 2-year work-based Masters programme (fully funded) for potential future leaders of the NHS.

Eligibility
To apply, you will have achieved or be predicted to achieve at least a 2:2 in any degree discipline and share the values of NHS Wales, be committed to a public service career path and throw everything into learning as much as possible with us.
