Graduate Management Programme


Joining our two-year programme will provide you with extensive training, support and guidance to help develop you to realise your potential, giving you the opportunity to have positive and far-reaching impacts for the people in Wales.

Salary
An annual salary of £30,280 plus a number of benefits including paid annual leave, NHS pension, health and wellbeing initiatives, health service discounts and much more!

Masters
A fully-funded Masters degree, designed and commissioned specifically for the programme, will complement on-the-job learning.

Placements
Undertake 3 placements, working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across NHS Wales, Welsh Government and other public agencies!

Support
Extensive support is provided throughout the programme, with guidance from managers, mentors, management trainee alumni and pastoral support from organisation leads and HEIW Programme Manager. There is also support from your module tutors/leaders and course leader and there are many avenues of pastoral support available to you. There is a Student Advice centre on each campus which guides graduates towards relevant specialist support and gives advice on various matters. If graduates have personal or academic extenuating circumstances affecting their ability to study, they can seek advice from the Student Advice Centre.
