Facilitated Meeting Process
Each individual UHB has their own Resolution Network Facilitators. These are staff across the UHB that are able to facilitate a conversation between two people with the aim of improving their working relationship. The Network Facilitators are health board employees (at any band, role or department) whose role is to provide support to enable colleagues to have a conversation, helping resolve disagreement and conflict at the earliest opportunity and agree an outcome focussed on building healthy working relationships. Facilitators support organisations in their commitment to providing a working environment free from bullying and harassment, ensuring all staff are treated, and treat others, with dignity and respect using the values of the organisation.
You can approach a facilitator through your Healthy Working Relationships Leads and they will help you have a conversation without any judgement or blame. You will, however, need to tell the other person that you want to have a conversation with them and have asked the facilitators for help.
If you'd like to become a facilitator or attend the training, please contact your organisations HWR Lead.
