Welcome to the Mental Health Leadership Hub! This is a dedicated, virtual space for people who work in mental health services across Wales to develop their leadership skills. The Hub provides free access to various leadership programmes, resources, tools, and information. We recognize that stepping into a leadership position – whether it is an official or unofficial role – can be daunting. The resources available on the Hub are designed to help leaders and managers at all levels develop leadership confidence and competence. Whether you are considering stepping into leadership, a new leader, or already established in a leadership role, we hope the Hub helps support you in your leadership journey!
