Senior Leadership Experience

Senior Leadership Experience

Leading in Challenging & Complex Organisations

If you are a dynamic and courageous senior leader, determined to have a wider impact by leading and driving change within a culture of trust and compassion, this experience is for you.

The experience combines diagnostics with personal development feedback and discussion, offering support and challenge in a comprehensive coaching session to deepen personal reflection and learning transfer.

I found the whole experience incredibly beneficial, in boosting confidence and helping me to get to a clear path towards my development.

I would highly recommend the senior leadership experience to all leaders in NHS Wales. It has been a valuable experience and given me practical aspects that I have implemented and will continue to test for the benefit of myself, my team and patients
