Aspiring Executive Talent Pool: What's on Offer
Successful applicants will be invited to join the Aspiring Executive Talent Pool 2023-25 and attend a Launch event in September 2023. They will have access to a range of funded leadership development activities and opportunities, as well as attend an Aspiring Executive Development Centre.
This will involve a range of activities aligned to the Executive Success Profile including:
- Psychometric/Leadership Diagnostics
- In Person Development Centre involving group / individual exercises and feedback
- Career Coaching and Action Planning Session
The development centre will provide participants with information relating to their readiness to progress to an Executive/ Board level position, and participants will be steered towards appropriate development and career opportunities to meet identified development gaps or transition requirements.
