Clinical Leadership Immersive Programme

Clinical Leadership
Immersive Programme

Clinical Leadership Immersive Programme (CLIP) creates leaders who role model compassionate behaviours through four key areas: accountability, risk appetite, decision-making and self-awareness.

Through a blend of scenario-based learning and experiential activities, participants have reported transformative outcomes — from increased confidence to enhanced experiences for both patients and staff.

What is CLIP

What is CLIP?

CLIP provides a safe and immersive space for individuals to actively understand the traits of an effective leader and to identify areas for growth and strength. CLIP is dedicated to developing clinical leaders who are:

  • Accountable for their actions and influence
  • Able to make clear and confident decisions
  • Willing to take calculated risks using their professional judgement
  • Self-aware of their own leadership presence
