Welcome to Aspire, the programme that builds on the foundations of strong management, enabling leaders to move away from managing towards leading their teams with impact and influence.
Programme Overview
Aspire consists of 5 virtual modules (accessed here on Gwella) designed to develop our understanding of leadership through thought-provoking models, theories and case studies.
Action Learning Sets provide a space for leaders to come together and engage with the content on a deeper, more meaningful level. These sessions also provide a space to network and learn from each other.
To complete the programme, you attend a Wrap-up Session where you reflect on your time on the programme and present your key findings and learnings to fellow leaders.
Timeframes
Online modules can be completed at any time and you are able to book Action Learning Sets/ Wrap-up Sessions around your own calendar.
However, it is expected that participants complete Aspire within one year.
How Do I Register for Aspire?
New registrations for Aspire and Inspire are currently on hold while we make some improvements to the way we deliver these programmes.
While we make these improvements, explore other development opportunities available on Gwella.
If you are already signed up to Aspire or Inspire, log in to your Gwella account and visit the 'Modules App' under 'Apps' to resume your development.
