To help us to lead change and improvements in NHS Wales we’re launching a new 2-year national General Management Graduate Programme.
About the General Management Graduate Scheme
The programme is a 2-year work-based (fully funded) Masters programme for the aspiring future leaders of the NHS.
Gain academic knowledge as well as a hands-on learning experience, based in placements across Wales in primary care, secondary care and a corporate division.
Throughout the programme you will receive extensive mentorship, coaching, training and a comprehensive orientation tour in your placement organisation so you can make the most out of your experience.
Working alongside inspirational and dynamic leaders, as well as an executive mentor, you will challenge the status quo, striving to improve and enhance the experience for patients, colleagues and partners.
The programme will stimulate your curiosity and innovation enabling you to influence and champion change.
As a trainee, you will be guided and supported to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to lead our organisation, ensuring an ever more efficient, quality-driven and professional health care service.
