The Introduction to Healthcare Leadership programme aims to introduce a range of practical and interpersonal skills that will enable individuals to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams. It is designed for healthcare professionals who are in the early stages of career development or who are just beginning to manage people and teams.
The Advanced Clinical Leadership Programme is a considerable investment in our senior clinical staff. Its aim being to create a cohort of leaders with the right values, behaviour, knowledge, skills and confidence to build a culture of compassionate and inclusive leadership. This in turn will attract, continuously support and develop a flexible and agile workforce who feel valued and are valued.
Chief Pharmaceutical Officer's Pharmacy Leaders Development

The Chief Pharmaceutical Officer's Pharmacy leaders development programme is for experienced pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who aspire to lead large and complex NHS departments, services, teams or systems of care to benefit patients and local communities.
It aims to develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours to help experienced pharmacy professionals become outstanding, compassionate and inclusive leaders, and improve the performance of the teams and the people who work with them to deliver improved outcomes for patients and the public.
The 3D programme is a free educational programme open to GPs, hospital based doctors, public health doctors, dentists, pharmacists and optometrists. The 3D programme is designed to address the educational requirements of healthcare workers who wish to extend their abilities in engaging with, and influencing, the service improvement agenda in NHS Wales.
The Welsh Clinical Leadership Fellowship (WCLF) programme is a one year opportunity for doctors, dentists, pharmacists, optometrists, AHPs and Healthcare Scientists. The WCLTF programme provides training and hands-on experience in clinical leadership and management. The aim of the scheme is to recruit and develop the most aspiring clinical leaders of the future.
If you are a dynamic and courageous senior leader, determined to have a wider impact by leading and driving change within a culture of trust and compassion, then this Experience is for you. The Experience combines diagnostics with personal development feedback and discussion, offering support and challenge in a comprehensive coaching session to deepen personal reflection and learning transfer.
