Once you have read through the Leading with Compassion Programme Brochure and supporting information, you will be ready to complete your online application.
The application requests some contact and work details, along with a small number of supporting statements regarding your current role and level of responsibility, your main development needs in relation to transition to a Board position; and the outcomes you hope to achieve from participating in this programme. You may wish to consider these before commencing your application.
A selection panel will be convened once applications close which will include NHS Wales Chief Executive representation. Successful applicants will demonstrate through their application and supporting statements that they are currently in a position where their next career step will be a position at Board level. Statements will also be assessed in line with personal awareness of development and transition requirements.
We wish to ensure that each Cohort represents the diversity which exists within our Health system and therefore will ensure a mix of participants who reflect a range of portfolio and speciality areas.
