Programmes and Offerings
The Institute of Health & Social Care Management is an Institute, approved in company law, with membership open to leaders, managers and administrators working in health and social care. We can now officially say Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) are the regional hub for Wales providing free memberships for Health and Social care staff all across Wales.
Being part of the IHSCM, you will have access to a number of events, workshops and resources to support you as a nurse.
We work with Chwarae Teg in supporting them on their Inclusive Leadership Programme. They aim to create inclusive leaders, who focus on building and maintaining effective teams, where every team member feels that they belong.
