Aspiring Executive Development Programme
Do you wish to be the best leader you can be? Demonstrating compassionate leadership and positively influencing the culture and systems within which you work?
This programme designed in partnership with The Kings Fund aims to build on existing as well as create new knowledge, behaviours and skills. It provides the opportunity to prepare yourself for the transition to an Executive position, ensuring the best chance of success in achieving your aspiration and effectively performing at this level, as outlined within the Executive Success Profile.
The focus of programme modules will be on developing:
- The Compassionate Self - identifying personal leadership values, growing impact and influence and ongoing self-care.
- Compassionate Relationships - understanding group dynamics, relationship factors and the development of facilitation and collaborative skills.
- Cultures of Compassion - identifying features of compassionate organisational/ system cultures, refining decision making in complex systems and developing key communication skills.
ELIGIBILITY:
Those who report directly to someone in a Director level role and aspire to move into an Executive position within the next 2 years.
DETAILS:
The programme will be delivered over a 6 month period with a commitment of approximately two days per month, delivered in half day virtual sessions.
